We are looking for an individual to join our award-winning cidery team and continue our
tradition of crafting delicious approachable hard cider in Nashville, TN. This person will
be managing our team in the cellar and warehouse, and will oversee all production. We
are in the process of doubling our production, so this individual must possess strong
organizational skills, attention to detail, be a top-flight communicator and a team builder.
Diskin Cider opened in May of 2018 and has become a known for producing top-notch,
creative ciders. We have built a family atmosphere, based on working hard and
celebrating our successes. We live by our motto of “We Do F*cking Cool Sh*t.
Responsibilities
Product Development with Founder
Management of all production utilizing Ekos cidery management software
(working knowledge a plus)
Fermentation including overseeing fully outfitted on-site lab
Maintaining all production, safety, inventory, and lab records
Creation of final ciders utilizing existing recipes
Production planning, forecasting & execution
Managing and organizing production staff
Planning and management of customers/distributors needs in coordination with
sales staff
Preventative equipment maintenance
Repair equipment and facilities
Overseeing CIP, fermentation, carbonation and packaging
Managing warehouse and warehouse staff
Maintaning a safe working environment
Working as part of executive management team creating new and innovative
ways to grow the brand and the experience
