Our Brewers work primarily at our Outpost brewing facility in Lexington, VA dosing hops, cellaring beer, harvesting yeast, and ensuring our award-winning brews stay consistent and maintain the highest quality possible. Our brewers operate on a 24/7 schedule, working 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
