Conshohocken Brewing Company is looking to a hire a Packaging Lead/Cellar Technician. The Packaging Lead/Cellar Technician will be part of the team responsible for the efficient running of our packaging operations and will have close interaction with our brewing team and other departments. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, mechanically inclined, with great oral/written communication skills and a focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail. This position has the potential to grow into an increased leadership role and responsibilities within the broader Production team. This is a full-time hourly position that requires primarily weekday, daytime availability with occasional evening and weekend shifts necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure product flow and timely completion of production schedule
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring compliance with operation policies and safety standards
- Maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency of packaging operations
- Operation and troubleshooting packaging equipment
- Timely and accurate record keeping/logs of inventory and packaging-related materials
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to meet physician demands of working in a production brewery including, but not limited to:
- Maneuver 165 lb kegs (1/2 bbl)
- Frequent walking, lifting, carrying objects weighing in excess of 50 lb
- Good oral/written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience working with canning lines
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Previous forklift training and experience a plus
