    Position Overview:
Jack Pine is looking for a Head Brewer to take us to the next level. We’ve done a great job turning out a consistent lineup of beers over the past 9 years, outgrowing our original location and building our current brewery and taproom 5 years ago. It’s time to grow again and with that, we need someone to lead and grow our production team. We’re looking for someone with experience not only in brewing and packaging operations, but also in leading others. The ideal candidate gets excited about helping others grow their skill set and knowledge. As our brewing equipment begins to show its age, we will need someone that can dive head-first into maintenance and troubleshooting to keep us up and running as well as plan for upgrades and expansion.

    Region Overview:
Our home town of Baxter and neighboring city of Brainerd function as the regional shopping center for the Brainerd Lakes Area boasting an excellent healthcare system, top notch schools and a thriving arts community. With no shortage of outdoor recreation activities from fishing, golfing, camping, hiking, world class mountain biking, and kayaking right in our backyard, this is a great area to work and play.
