    Job Opening: Brewery Sales and Distribution Representative

    Asher Brewing Company is the only certified organic brewery in Colorado. We are looking for a sales representative to be a part of our team who has a strong love of craft beer, a solid work ethic, a great personality and knows how to work with ease through high stress situations. Not only are we organic, but we also prioritize sustainability throughout all aspects of our business. The right applicant will have a similar ethos as our brewery in regards to making the world a lasting place for years to come.

    Position Summary:
    The sales and distribution representative will be the face of Asher Brewing Company in the Front Range marketplace. On a daily basis, this individual will be responsible for executing daily sales and delivery routes and communicating efficiently with both our team and multiple accounts. He or she should possess innate charisma for sales and building relationships, as well as a strong knowledge of craft beer.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Instill trust and continually promote Asher products with established and potential accounts both on and off-premise
    • Plan and execute daily sales and delivery routes to ensure account satisfaction and growth
    • Create and analyze sales reports and build attainable sales goals
    • Create and implement outside marketing strategies to increase brand recognition, loyalty, and growth
    • Manage expense account for best ROI
    • Plan and organize outside events calendar, including but not limited to: beer festivals, hand sells, and beer dinners
    • Effectively communicate with owner, brewer, bookkeeper, and taproom manager regarding: production schedule, beer quality, accounts receivable, and upcoming events
    • Consistently demonstrate a working knowledge of craft beer
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

    Desired Skills & Experience:
    • Applicant must be 21 years or older
    • Able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background and driving record check (Driver’s License required)
    • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred
    • TIPS Certification required within first 90 days of employment
    • Cicerone Certification preferred, but not required
    • Bachelor’s degree or one to two years comparable sales experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to lift kegs (150 lbs) to and from company van
