Harpoon Brewery, Boston MA has an immediate opening for an experienced packaging line operator. Come join New England's Premier Craft Brewer located in the heart of Boston! This is a full time position with full benefits. We are looking for talented folks who want to build a long term career with us as we continue to grow past our 25th anniversary.
Successful candidates will have the following:
• At least 2 years experience in the beverage or food industry, specifically with fillers, labelers, packers and sealers. Experience with Krones equipment a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of proper use of tools and machinery
• An aptitude for trouble shooting basic mechanical & electrical systems is preferred but not required
• Experience operating a forklift
• Be physically able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, stoop, bend, lift 55 lbs at a time.
• Strong attention to detail & quality
• Ability to work all shifts, additional hours & weekends as required
• Ability to lead and follow safety protocol
