Position Title: Production Assistant
Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able work with little to no supervision
• Able to lift up to 60# repeatedly and work long hours on concrete floors
• Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management
• Electric pallet jack / fork lift experience a plus but willing to train the right individual
• CDL Class B license preferred
• Must possess excellent sanitation skills
• Great attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Self motivated / self starter
Position Description and Responsibilities:
• Entry level packaging / warehouse assistant
• Assist in packaging operations including bottling, labeling, and kegging.
• Assist in assembling orders
• Assist in shipping and receiving
• Assist in warehouse operations
• General cleaning (sweeping, organizing, scrubbing floors, etc..)
• Routine maintenance
• This is an entry-level position and not a brewing position.
Hours of Work: Full Time
Compensation: Variable/Based on experience
