We're looking for the right person to join our packaging crew at Yazoo Brewing, in Nashville, TN. Yazoo Brewing celebrates its 19th anniversary this year as one of the oldest breweries in the thriving Nashville craft brewery scene, with a move recently to a large new facility just north of downtown, in the suburb of Madison, TN. We make an award-winning line-up of ales, lagers, and even wild and sour beers through our Embrace the Funk series. We're a small, independent, family-owned and run business, started by Linus and Lila Hall in 2003.
The position is as a packaging technician on our bottling, canning, and kegging lines. The job responsibilities include:
This is an entry level position in our company, with a starting salary of $41,600. We offer a company-paid health insurance plan for you and your family, including dental and vision.

The position is as a packaging technician on our bottling, canning, and kegging lines. The job responsibilities include:
- Setting up and sanitizing the bottling, canning, or kegging line
- Cleaning and filling kegs on our semi-automated keg line
- Stocking the various packaging assembly machines with six-packs, boxes, tape, labels, etc.
- Inspecting cases of bottles or cans coming off the line
- Palletizing full cases of cans or bottles onto a pallet for shipment
- Changeovers between different products on the packaging line
- Performing CIP cycles on our canning, bottling, and kegging lines
- Performing CIP cycles on brite tanks
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 lb boxes
- A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently once trained
- Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing plant, or even better, a brewery, is a plus, but is not required
- Forklift certification is a plus
