Job Description
No-Li Pub Manager is an active day-to-day leader with 30 FOH staff team of servers, food runners, bar-backs and greeters. The Pub Manager works closely with the No-Li Chef and CFO. No-Li Pub Manager leads FOH staff training and orchestrates short-term and longer-term initiatives. FOH activities includes scheduling and all energies aligned to a total customer experience.
Communication and pre-planning are two top skills. Working the floor with staff daily and leading from the front in all FOH roles is important.

No-Li Pub Manager Responsibilities:
- Training staff
- Hands-on approach with staff and customers
- Lead by example
- Pre-planning, anticipating and communication with staff and No-Li Management Team; Chef, Head Brewery, Warehouse, Logistics, Office/Admin and Ownership
- Written communications with advanced planning to develop, implement and execute ideas
- All energies move towards the total customer experience with empowered staff
Work Schedule
- Schedule to be developed that successfully accomplishes No-Li objectives of staff training, total customer experience and communicating plans pro-actively.
- Primary days and hours to be determined.
Compensation
- $50,000 to $75,000 based on proven experience
- 100% dental premium, 50% health plan premium, 401-K Plan, Vacation and Sick Pay
