Silicone collapsible keg buckets?

Anyone know who carries these? I've saw them at a festival, they had been purchased at Home Depot but I've had no luck going through Home Depot to a store that carries them nor where they purchased them from. They could hold a 1/2bbl,had handles and were collapsible.

Any help is much appreciated.
