Whilst homebrewing, I have previously produced a cranberry stout using whole cranberries in the FV. I am now looking at doing a 5bbl batch and was casting about for cranberry based products to use instead.
Anyone any ideas, I have a lead on some dried extract and would like to know whether anyone has used this sort of product and in what concentrations.
