I am just starting up my microbrewery and I want to get some written SOPs in place for safety, confined spaces, quality, and cleaning before I start operations. I was wondering if anyone has some examples or samples they would be willing to share. I hate to reinvent the wheel so figured I would see what was out there as a starting point.
