Hi All,
I am considering developing a new test system for spoilage bacteria (pedio/lacto) that is highly sensitive and can provide a reliable result within an hour with minimal sample handling. Before I jump off a cliff, though, I need to gauge whether there is a market for such a system. Interested or not, it would be a huge help to me if y'all would kindly respond to a quick, 10 question survey (link below). Comments can be left in the survey, but any other advice/comments/suggestions about the needs and wants of a brewery around beer spoilage bacteria testing would be hugely appreciated!
The survey is here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/S5QTT27
Thanks in advance to any and all who participate.
