  • converted keg tops

    hey guys
i have a bunch of converted corny style to hoff stevens kegs, with the pop out tops. just wondering if anyone makes a pop top that already has a sankey fitting and spear. any help is appreciated.

I am not sure that is possible. The spear in a sanke is to large for the corny top to be taken out and put in. Second problem would be the sanke fitting that would have to be welded on the top would be too large for the bar that holds the top on to flip over. Let me know if you are sucessful.

I have a Hoff Stevens corny as you describe yours to be, and had the exact same thought. With a flexible spear (like mine has) and a different shaped release bar, it could be done I think... and man, wouldn't that be something to have?

Yeast brink, dry hopping, line cleaning... so many great uses! Somebody make these lids please!

      Cheers,
      Scott
