Does anyone have a good example of a simple manual keg washing process using your existing CIP system?
For example - a couple of filler/washer heads hooked up to a CIP cart so you could walk up with a Keg, clamp on the head, flip a valve or two and flush with the appropriate solutions and rinse, and move on. Looking for something to wash a few kegs with now and then without buying a keg washing unit or engineering anything too complex.
Also, do you typically fill a keg full of solution, or just pressurize and "spray it in" for some a given duration? We're new to manual keg washing, as you can tell.
Thanks!
Tim
