Software for tracking motor maint.?

Anyone use software to keep track of all those motors and pumps around the brewery? I had some a motor supplier gave me, but that computer is history, I lost the disk, and the supplier is OOB.

Suggestions?

I use an excel spreadsheet, but I exported it into my google account, and now maintenance reminders pop up on my phone in the calendar. When I see a reminder, I look at my speadsheet, and go from there. Works pretty well.

The reminders are updated when I do maintenance...so that if a pump seal starts leaking before scheduled maintenance, after it's fixed, it resets all the rest of the alerts.

I do that for glycol and forklift and air conditioners and....
