Converting a 20bbl Fermenter into a HLT

I'm just wondering if this is possible. Can you easily convert a fermentor into a HLT? This would be a jacketed conical fermentor with three cooling jackets (one on the cone, one on the lower half of the body and one on upper half of the body) . Also, could you do the same, but convert it into a CLT?

The CLT seems feasible because the fermentors are running glycol through the jackets anyway. But can you also run low pressure steam through them?

Has anyone done this? Any ideas would be great?
