We purchased a used Aquas Carbon Water filter that had been scrapped but is in fine shape. One valve is broken but all else appears to be in working order. I called Aquas in Japan to see if we could get a diagram for the filter and the back flush process along with electrical diagram. The company seems to be mess with the VP saying no problem we will send some documentation while the technical people who hold the documents tell us no way are you getting anything as the unit was scrapped and any new documentation will be provided unless you purchase a new tank. A pretty shitty way to do business.
We are back to square one and this is holding up our production. Has anyone seen one of these tanks or a similar design and understands the flow? if so could you provide some advice? Better yet anyone have or know of anyone who has documentation of a similar model NCR-400x they would be willing to share? According to Aquas the tank has not changed design and is still being manufacture the same as ours from 1988.
I figure this is a shot in the dark as they don't export a lot of equipment to the US but it never hurts to ask.
