  • Compressed air filtration for keg washer and Cask canner

We have just installed a cask manual caning system and a 2 head keg washer, and we are using a 5.7 cfm oil-less home air compressor. I know I need to get an air filter, but I'm not sure what all I will need other than the air sterilization filter, or where is best to get one that is completely over powered for what we doing.

Any help is appreciated, and if you need more details, please ask.

    Cheers,

    Application notes

If your machine does not have a regulator on board, you can use a filter regulator canister, otherwise just a filter.
    Some examples on this page:

    Auto drain units are preferred.
Check advised CFM for your machine and your keg washer.
Air demand can be higher than expected.
If you are running your keg washer at the same time as your line, I am doubting you will have enough air with that small of a unit.
