Hello,
First, the basics. Starting a new brewpub in Madison WI likely to be open summer of 2015. Most things in order, including two strong deals on prospective locations. These locations are in buildings with 4-5 stories of apartments above them. Therefore, I'm planning on using a condenser stack on a 5 bbl system for a small brewpub. One of the landlords is concerned with odors since he's never heard of these before.
1) Can anyone tell me of a place that uses them in the Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago area?
2) Anyone have any info on the effectiveness of them as far as controlling the steam/odors?
Any help provided is appreciated.
