Hi
We are using a Padovan 1996 Greenfilter 3R, works great except when it comes to the residual content filtration, we have an high left over, like 80%+ of the bell and we can't get another drop out. That's about 1HL of beer that calls to be filtered.
We used to have less than 50 liters left.
We check the plate configuration and all is right. We follow the procedures from the manual.
The only thing that has changed since it was going well is that we now spend our FVs so the beer is carbed +/- 2.0 Before we were using plastic fermenters so the beer was almost flat, could it be the reason?
The filtration prior to the residual content filtration goes very well.
Thanks for any help!
