I'm looking to get the most out of our equipment/hops so I'm wondering what is the best method to dry hop with the equipment we have. Warm after 3 or 4 days into primary fermentation or in the BBT?
We have 3bbl feremnters and they are not rated for pressure so if/when we do it warm at the end of fermentation we are still getting co2 coming out of the blowoff.
