With our old plant (10 bbl) we have always used the traditional dry dip to measure the volume of wort post paraflow. With the new plant (20bbl) and a definite restriction in height above the ferm vessel, I'm wondering what other methods of accurate volume measuring are available. Perhaps flowmeters? Any assistance on this would be most welcome.
