More for a big homebrew kit come test brewery. Will live in local micro.
Having access to a source of spun dished stainless bases, the diameter of an 11gal(imp) keg, I’m in the process of getting three made up into brewing vessels. HLT/MT/COP.
What sizes, would be appropriate... I'm cautious as to the height of the vessel in regard to diameter.
Are there anythings that I should be aware of...??
The nice thing is the price.. not cheap but good value.
