Need some help on still design for Rum production. We're setting up a small micro distillery/bar, our core product is going to be White Rum, with the bar's cocktails being themed around this.
I'm discussing still with our manufacturer at the moment, and am just keen to hear your 10c on what I need/don't need from a still to be making Rum. We may look at adding some other white spirits in the future too, so versatile is the key.
Any thoughts appreciated.
