Folks,
Our Premier keg washer sanitizes kegs by pulling from a reservoir of sanitizer and then mixing it with incoming city water. We've recently realized that our water pressure can vary greatly if we're filling liquor tanks during brewing, or even from the dishwasher in the taproom.
I'm imagining a pressure tank, like on a well, with some pressure gauges and a check valve would help even this out, but I'm looking for feedback.
Any thoughts?
