Hi all, we have recently been experiencing an odd phenomena...we place our plated micro in the incubator at 30 degrees C. When we check it 8 days later we have been seeing a few melted NBB plates. What's odd is that out of the 17 plates we read today, the 3 that melted were all beers that had been fermented with a Belgian Wit strain (three different batches, same yeast). This isn't always the case, but it seems like more than a coincidence. Anyone else have this happen before?
