    New here, Qns about real and apparent extract..

    Hi,

    I am new here
    Hopefully I can get answers to my question that I have been pondering over the last few weeks..
    I tried to analyse some results by a brewery and saw apparent and real extract values, I couldnt make out what are the definitions of these 2 terms and what are the differences between them?

    Please gimme some answers.. lol.. =D
