Hello everybody. We`re from Russia. We`re starting new brewery with 4-5 BBL brewhouse.
Now we made test brewing and pitch 2 pkg of Ringwood ale(1187) at 25 L of worth (there was a little problem with swelling, so we decided to pitch 2)
After 48 hours, as producer recommend, according 1-Step-10-Fold Propagation instruction, we added 250 L well oxygen worth.
Later 11 days our hydraulic lock is still working.
Temp of fermentation is 68 F / 20 C.
Is it normal or there are any problems with our beer?
