We are getting ready to open a Nano and are very interested in the Brewha 5bbl as a start up. Anybody out there have any feedback?

I thought about it, but the sheer weight of that amount of wet grain would necessitate a crane to lift the basket out. And then the additional conicals needed to make multiple batches, It seemed to be an expensive impractical solution.

Brewha looks like it might work OK for a home brew setup, and I can certainly see the logic in the design for occasional home brews, but I would stick with a conventional system of separate mash / lauter tun, wort kettle and multiple FVs once you get to this size.

        Expected Production

What's your production plan? How many taps do you think you will be able to maintain with this system?
