We are just getting going with our project and due to height restrictions in a portion of our building we are forced to locate our cellar about 200 feet from our brewhouse, through a hallway and over two nano breweries. Attached is our proposed layout and i'm looking for some advice on how to get cold wort from our he to our cellar of six 30 bbl tanks. We are under the impression that we will need to run stainless piping there and back due to cleaning cycles and such. Any advice?
