I'm currently forming a resipe for a 2.5% larger, my brew length is 30 HL I have my resipe like this: 275 KG pale malt 5 KG of crystal malt, hops At 12 % alpha approx 2 KG over 90 min boil, my mash temp is 72 deg cenigrade.
What would you do to incress flavour ?
