Small table top can filler and seamer

Can anyone recommend an overseas manufacturer for a table top can filler and seamer? I need to do this on the cheap so buying American made isn't an option right now.

Gotta say Oktober too. While ours did take a slow boat across the US, because of Covid apparently, it works great and I haven't found a better, more inexpensive, machine here or overseas.
