Mixed pack storage logistics

We just started packaging mixed packs. We're currently running one beer a day on the bottler, making up pallets of free bottles that are put in flat trays and stacked five levels high and then wrapped which results in a wildly unstable pallet. When all the beer has been bottled we then repalletize into the mix pack boxes.
Any ideas are welcome on how to streamline this, particularly on how to sturdy up a pallet of bottles that aren't in boxes.
