  • How much do you filter water/co2/air going to keg washer

Water - straight from the city source? Same filtering as your brewing water? I guess its a trade off between higher pressure and higher chlorine content...

co2 - What kind of filtration, if any, do you run?

air - moisture/oil reduction seem mandatory - do you also do a carbon filter for odor?

    Thanks!

    Water is city water
    CO2 should not need anything
Air .1 micron filter and a water seperator

Never had nay trouble this way in 15 years

Make sure you are using food grade co2. If your water is hard, you may run into maintenance issues. Air/oil seperator should be maintained after each run. We have dual coalescers on our oil air comp, along with an air line dryer...which helps keep maintenance down.

If using ordinary gas tubes instead of big, proper tanks, I would use a sterile filter for the co2. You would be surpsised how much dirt you can find in your co2 filters after a while.

        Air: Sterile filter.

        Water: None.

        Steam: Sterile filter.
