          Check Ager and GW Kent

          Bought two 40hl Z series tanks from Ager for my cidery. They work great for cider, but note that most wine fermenters/spirit tanks don't have CIP capability and won't hold pressure. Buy the right equipment to produce great beer. Shortcuts might be cheaper, but the beer generally won't be as good. Letina makes beer fermenters too.
