how do you guys harvest your yeast?? we have 4bbl conicals and i have been letting the first little bit run out of the conical, then collecting about 1500 ml to try to get the middle portion.. we have been re-using the whitelabs containers they come in when first purchased and putting a strip of masking tape on the outside labeling the type and generation number on it for the fridge.. if anybody any suggestions from that i would love to hear them..
